Lead on theory and methodology Prof. Ole Jacob Sending explains the project's approach

The second episode in the NAVIGATOR project podcast series is now live! In this episode, Prof. Ole Jacob Sending from the Norwegian Institute for International Affairs (NUPI) takes us behind the scenes of the innovative methodology driving the project.

Prof. Sending explains his leadership role in shaping the theory and methods of the NAVIGATOR project. With extensive experience in analyzing the evolving landscape of global governance, he highlights how the rise of non-state actors presents significant challenges and opportunities. Additionally, he discusses the importance of  the “search costs,” which help the EU and member states identify suitable organizations to support and align with their goals amid increasing complexity.
